This digital Stormer viscometer is an instrument applicable to determine the viscosity of the paints and other coating materials that are expressed in KU values.It is rotational shear-type viscosity meter.The design of the viscometer is based on the standards ASTM /D 562-81 and GB/T9269-88. It is controlled by microprocessor,so the operator may directly read out the KU values of the tested samples from the display and do not need to look up the table.

SV3 stormer viscometer is a device to determine the consistency of the paints and other coating materials that are expressed in KU values, Consistency is load in grams to produce a rotational frequency of 200r/min. KU value is a function of the "load to produce 200r/m" scale. There is no need for weights. The operator can directly read out the KU values or the associated gram value (gm) of the tested samples from the display.
