Petroleum Products Kinematic Viscosity Tester

Purpose and application:
The instrument is conform to the standard of SY/T5651 <petroleum products kinematic viscosity test technical conditions>, and it is used to test the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (Newton liquid) in some constant temperature conditions as per GB/T265 <petroleum products-determination of kinematic viscosity and calculation of dynamic viscosity>.

Working conditions:
1. The instrument should be placed in level and stable platform.
2. The liquid of the instrument used is Newton liquid, and its viscosity is independent of the cutting stress and cutting speed.
3. In different measuring temperature range, the constant temperature bath should use different liquid as medium.
4. During test, to choose suitable capillary viscometer according to the test temperature, ensure the flow time of sample in capillary viscometer is more than 200 s, and not less 350s in capillary viscometer whose inner diameter is 0.4 mm.

1. capillary viscometer: one group is total 13 pieces, and their inner diameter is 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 mm（the capillaries of  5.0、6.0 is not attached coefficient, it is necessary to calibrate yourself.）
2. working power: AC 220 ± 10 %,  50Hz
3. heating power: auxiliary heater:  1000 W; controlling heater: 600 W
4. stirring power: 6 W,  speed: 1200 r/min
5. timing: 0.0～999.9 s
