This Rotatory viscometer is designed and made as per T0625 “Asphalt Rotation Viscosity Test (Brookfield Viscometer Methods)” in the Industry Standard JTJ052 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering. It is suitable to determine absolute viscosity of Newton liquids and apparent viscosity of non-Newton liquids. It is sensitive, reliable, convenient, beautiful, and it only needs little sample. It can be widely used to determine viscosity of asphalt, hot melt adhesive, paraffin, high polymer, and other liquids.

Technical parameters:

1. Measurement range: 100mPa•s～2000000mPa•s (It can be extended to 4000000 mPa•s if purchase No.30 spindle);

2. Spindles: four spindles, No.21, 27, 28 and 29 (No.30 spindle is optional).

3. Spindle speed: 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 RPM;

4. Measurement error: ±2% (F•S) (It is ±3% (F•S) for No.30 spindle);

This Rotatory viscosity meter is designed and made as per T0625 in the Industry Standard JTJ052 Specification and Test Methods for Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering, and ASTM D4402. It is suitable to determine apparent viscosity of highway asphalt at a temperature from 45 ℃ to 200 ℃ as per Brookfield Viscometer Rotation Methods. It can also be used to determine construction temperature for bituminous mixture as per viscosity-temperature curve. The instrument can also be used to determine viscosity of hot melt adhesive, oil grease, paraffin and high polymer. It can be widely used in cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, dopes, chemical, and other industries.

1. Measurement range: 25mPa•s～1×10000000mPa•s (If purchase the No.30 spindle, its measurement range can be extended to 2×10000000mPa•s);
